Paul Duncan

A Bohemian composer who hired North No. 2. He was on the verge of death due to a childhood illness, but he was saved by a surgery performed by a Japanese doctor. As a result, his vision deteriorated and he became blind. Due to believing that he was abandoned by his mother in the past, he has a stubborn personality and even refers to North No. 2 as a weapon.
